I always wanted to learn how to make breads and pastries even before, so i grabbed this chance to actually have an idea of the basics, at least. It's a whole day session wherein the participants were taught on how to do basic baking and be able to have an idea on how to make various breads and pastries. I never thought it could be so awesome yet tiring at the same time haha. We were taught various techniques and ideas about baking breads and pastries.

It was really a fun-filled experience and a great time to learn new things. Baking is not easy yet it is satisfying to be able to create and produce such amazing looking and tasty breads and pastries. And of course, the best moment in this workshop is when you get to eat your delicious creation! haha
