Davao Food Appreciation Tour 2016

Davao Food Appreciation Tour 2016 is an annual food crawl event organized by Ms. Ria Abella Jose and Mr. Andrew Dela Serna, both are members and founders of the Davao Bloggers Society -- which is the most anticipated event every year by the members of different blogging organizations/society all around the country.

Founded and started back in 2008, Now on it's 9th year, the hype is up for a lot of activities were prepared for the participants. A combination of old and new restaurants joined this year which made it so much more interesting. Each restaurant is showcasing its best-selling dishes that is uniquely theirs. DFAT’s goal is to promote Davao City and its food scene as well as to promote tourism in the city. Awesome right?

It is actually my first time that i joined this year's food tour, and i never regret my decision! I'm a foodie, and food crawls ignites the adrenaline in me. I love exploring and trying new food in well-known and new restaurants in the city and share the experience with people who has the same passion with food as me. 

I never knew what the word "diet" means during the tour because of the overflowing amount of food being served per restaurant haha

This year members from the Cebu Bloggers Society, Cagayan de Oro Bloggers, GenSan / Socsargen Bloggers and Davao Blogger Society joined this years tour. 

It is a 4-day [ June 24 - 27, 2016] tour that really shows the best and the newest restaurants in Davao. Here's our itinerary!

I'm looking forward for more food crawls in the future! This is one experience that i am grateful for, because I was able to try different type of delicious dishes as well as i am able to extend my network as a blogger by gaining new friends and memories with other blogger society members.
