Coffee or Tea? uhmm, why not mix them both together?
[June 1, 2016] Starbucks has invited members of the Davao Bloggers Society to have a sneak peek of what is coming up at the stores this month. Starbucks is going to launched a new refreshing and unique twist on chocolate and tea to experience a fun-filled discoveries with summer Frappuccino® Blended Beverages. It will start on June 7, 2016.
This is actually my first event with Starbucks; and i'm really ecstatic to be part of this one. We were able to meet the people behind Starbucks Philippines Marketing team; they were very amazing and very awesome people. They discussed with us what the newest offerings are and when will these items be available.
It may be too late for summer, but isn't it that everyone always wants to have a sense of Summer and adventure on our every day lives? hehe Well, worry no more because Starbucks Philippines inspires customers’ sense of summertime adventure with unique twists on the signature flavors of chocolate and tea in two new Frappuccino® Blended Beverages, available for a limited time: the Chocolate Black Tea with Earl Grey Jelly Frappuccino® Blended Beverage and Double Chocolate Green Tea Frappuccino® Blended Beverage.
Starbucks brings fresh inspiration to summer by pairing thirst-quenching tea with decadent, rich chocolate to offer a delightful sensation, perfect for tea and chocolate lovers. The new Chocolate Black Tea with Earl Grey Jelly Frappuccino® Blended Beverage is delightful and indulgent with every sip.
I really love this creation. I never thought of loving a tea based drink haha. It does taste like milk-tea but with a stronger Black Tea flavor; the Earl Grey jelly also is a great addition to the drink.

Now you can conveniently brew your own refreshing coffee at home, with the new Starbucks Iced Coffee Blend, specially roasted to accentuate its full flavored taste when chilled, this blend creates an invigorating and refreshing beverage.
During the event, we were given the chance to brew our own coffee with the help of Rael, the District Coffee Master for Starbucks Davao. It was really fun because we get to know how to properly brew the coffee to get the best taste.

Aside from its beverages, they also have new food selection, soon to be coming in your favorite Starbucks stores. In collaboration with Vivienne Tam, this limited edition Starbucks Card is inspired by her iconic “Bird and Flora” print. The design showcases Tam’s East-meets-West approach to design, that effortlessly blends cultural roots with modern design vocabulary.
Available for an initial consumable load amount of ₱1,000.

We ended the night with chit chats among bloggers and the Starbucks staff members and we were given loot bags as part of their appreciation of our presence during the small gathering.
